Darknet Forge is a solo studio with big ambitions. We're looking for passionate collaborators to help forge Warborn into something legendary.
All current roles are volunteer or revenue-share. This is a passion project — we want people who believe in what we're building.
OPEN ROLES
Gameplay Programmer
Help build the core systems that make Warborn tick — combat, AI, tribe management, and survival mechanics. Experience with Unreal Engine 5 is a big plus.
3D Environment Artist
Craft the dark fantasy landscapes, ruins, and structures that fill the world of Warborn. We want environments that feel ancient, dangerous, and alive.
Character / Creature Artist
Design and animate the monster races, enemy humans, and creatures that inhabit Warborn. Each race needs a distinct silhouette and personality.
Composer / Sound Designer
Build the sonic identity of Warborn — from tribal war drums to ambient dungeon dread. Adaptive music that responds to the player's situation is the goal.
Community Manager
Help grow and moderate the Darknet Forge community across Discord and social platforms. Passion for indie games and genuine engagement with players is essential.
Narrative Designer
Shape the lore, factions, and story threads woven into the world of Warborn. We want a world that rewards curiosity and feels like it existed before the player arrived.
